The Dr. Melaxin Eyephalt Eyebag Cream is a specialized eye cream targeting under-eye bags, dark circles, and fine lines, delivering a brighter and more youthful appearance. After cleansing and applying your basic skincare products, dispense a small pea-sized amount. Gently apply it to the under-eye area, patting from the inner to the outer corner. After applying to one side, avoid excessive facial movements for about 2 minutes to allow the formula to activate. Clean your fingers before repeating on the other side.
