Glowberry Privacy Policy

Glowberry is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of visitors to its website. This policy outlines how we handle and manage all personal information and data related to visitors to our website. This policy complies with the requirements of Regulation 679/2016 of the European Union on Data Protection (GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018. The contents of this policy apply to all visitors to our website who are located within a member state of the European Union and the associated countries of the European Union (EU).

In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, Glowberry has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO is in direct contact with the senior management of Glowberry and remains independent within the corporate structure of Glowberry. You can contact the Data Protection Officer at hello@glowberry.gr.

A cookie is a file (in .txt format) that is sent from a web server to a browser client, which is then stored by the browser on the visitor’s computer in the relevant program folder for the browser used to visit the website. The cookie file is then read, and a data query stream is sent back to the server each time the browser requests to open a page from the server hosting the Glowberry website. This allows the website server to identify an individual visitor and track the browser being used by the website visitor.

The website server hosting the Glowberry website may send such a cookie file to the visitor’s computer when visiting our website, which may be stored by the browser on the computer’s hard drive. Glowberry may use the information obtained from the cookie file to manage our website and improve the functionality of the website.

Most browsers allow visitors to refuse the acceptance of cookies. However, this will have a negative impact on the use of many websites.
