Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer the option to exchange or return the product within 14 daysfrom the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been damaged or used. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of products that have been damaged or used, unless they are defective. In case of returning non-defective products, the sticker on the packaging must remain intact (i.e., the product packaging must not be opened), and there should be no visible signs of use.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, exchange, or return, please notify us in writing via email at hello@glowberry.gr or by phone at 2104406161. The product exchange will require the return of the original product for replacement and the repurchase of the desired product.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase amount of the product to the customer without any unjustified delay, and this will be done no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The refund will be made using the same payment method initially used by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that the refund may be delayed until we receive the product back.
In case of returning a defective product, the cost of transportation will be covered by the store and will be fully refunded to the customer. In other cases, the shipping and return costs of the products are borne solely by the customer.
Please note that due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use or do not have the original sticker on their packaging are considered used and cannot be returned.
For order cancellations, the refund of amounts paid via bank deposit requires the customer to provide their IBAN in order to process the refund.
