Can I return something I purchased?
We will gladly accept returns for products purchased directly from us at www.glowberry.gr.
You will need to email us at hello@glowberry.gr within 14 days of delivery, including your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Then, you must return the product to us in its original condition, unused.
Within 7 business days, we will inspect your return, and if approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
