How can I join the Glowberry World Rewards Program?

After creating an account on our website, go to your profile, select “Go to Loyalty Page,” and complete your registration by filling in your details.

You can also sign up at any Glowberry store during a purchase.

How does the Glowberry World Rewards Program work?

The Glowberry World Rewards Program consists of three tiers: Seed, Grow, and Bloom. Your tier is based on the Berries you collect through purchases made on our website and at Glowberry stores, and each tier remains active for one calendar year. Upon joining, you are placed in the first tier, “Seed,” and gain immediate access to its benefits. With purchases of €300 or more within a calendar year, you move up to the second tier, “Grow,” and unlock its perks. With purchases of €600 or more within a calendar year, you advance to the third tier, “Bloom,” and gain access to the highest-level benefits.

My latest transaction is not showing in my Berries balance. What should I do?

Don’t worry.

If you made a purchase in-store, it may take up to 72 hours for your Berries balance to be updated.

If your purchase was made online, Berries will be added once your order has been shipped.


In case of order cancellation or non-collection, the Berries will be deducted from your balance. Please remember to inform our staff that you have a loyalty account when checking out in-store. For online orders, make sure you are logged into your account before completing your purchase.

How can I check my Berries balance?

Once logged in, you can view your Berries balance in your account profile under the “Glowberry World” section on our website or in your Wallet on your mobile device. For any questions or additional information, you can contact our customer service team via email at hello@glowberry.gr.

Do my Berries expire?

Yes. Your Berries expire one year after the date they are earned.
